Emotional resilience: sleep, nutrition, activity, people (SNAP)

Emotional resilience is the ability to creatively adapt to stressful situations. There are 4 keys to emotional resilience that will be explored in this section:

  1. Sleep: getting the 7-9 hours your body really needs
  2. Nutrition: eating healthy
  3. Activity: exercise as a lifestyle
  4. People: interpersonal relationships that provide and give social support
